The Discord widget pulls your avatar, global name, and username directly from your Discord account and displays them as a card on your biolink. Connecting uses Discord’s OAuth flow, so Yasutsu never asks you for your password.

Connecting your Discord account

1

Go to the Widgets dashboard

Navigate to Dashboard → Widgets. Make sure you are on the Widgets tab.
2

Click Connect Discord

Click the Connect Discord button in the Discord section. You will be redirected to Discord’s authorization page.
3

Authorize the connection

Review the permissions Discord requests and click Authorize. Discord redirects you back to your dashboard.
4

Confirm the connection

After returning to the dashboard, you will see a confirmation message and your Discord avatar, global name, and username displayed in the Discord card.
After authorizing, Discord redirects you back to the Widgets page with a confirmation message. If something goes wrong during the authorization flow, you will see an error message and can try again.

What shows on your profile

Once connected, the Discord widget displays the following on your biolink:
  • Avatar: your current Discord profile picture
  • Global name: your display name as set in Discord
  • Username: your Discord username (shown as @username)

Hiding and showing widgets

The Visibility toggle at the top of the Widgets tab controls whether all widgets, including Discord are visible on your public biolink. Toggle it off to hide the Discord widget (and any other widgets) without disconnecting your account. Toggle it back on to show them again.

Disconnecting Discord

To remove the Discord widget from your profile:
  1. Go to Dashboard → Widgets.
  2. Find the Discord card showing your account.
  3. Click Disconnect.
Your Discord account is unlinked and the widget no longer appears on your biolink. You can reconnect at any time by following the steps above.
Disconnecting removes all stored Discord data (avatar, username, global name) from your profile immediately.
